4 Hour Work Week
Posted on June 12, 2007 in Travel, Work | Leave a Comment
Man… if only! Sure, I could have a 4 hour work week but I wouldn’t be making any money. Would make me kind of like my little bro Ha ha, I still loves ya - Slacker!
The idea of winning a trip sounds cool, but that’s probably not in the cards for me. I’m too unlucky when it comes to contests. (Speaking of, I gotta figure out how to up my luck somehow. Any ideas?)
Dreaming of a Catamaran and Sailing
Posted on April 7, 2007 in Travel | 1 Comment
Sailing somewhere warm and tropical for a while - be it a week, a month, a year, a lifetime - sounds really awesome sometimes. I think I’d like a catamaran for the stability and room. I’m going to be making a list of my goals soon, and this is definitely something on the list.
Here’s some pictures of a “Fusion 40″ which looks pretty cool. I don’t know the first thing about sailboats, so this might be a piece of crap, but the lifestyle associated with it seems wonderful, at least in my dreams.

One thing that really impresses me on sailboats is the fact that you need to be very efficient in the use of space, and there are lots of multi-purpose cubbies and such. Chairs conver to tables, etc, and other modular stuff.
Graham’s Going to the Beach

Since I don’t have a dog anymore, I’m going to borrow Graham and take him to the coast this weekend. Not sure which day yet, but I’m going for sure because I’ve been meaning to do it for the last few weekends to give the good ol’ boy some fun and exercise. Here’s a picture of one of the last times Graham was at the coast. He’s a great dog just - well - not Joey, who I miss a ton - it almost makes me sick just thinking about him.

I’m going to Belize!
Posted on February 2, 2007 in Travel | 3 Comments
I’ve been wanting to go to Belize for quite some time, especially since I built this little Belize Real Estate web site. I’m finally going now - I’m super excited! Okay, well I’m going in April but I’m still super excited.
Most of the time I don’t even book tickets this far in advance, so I don’t have the time for anticipation. Like last year, Jamaica tickets were booked on the same day I left, just 12 hours before. I also got a killer deal on a cheap ticket to Belize - only $498 when everything else was in the $650+ range. No wanky 3-stops, and good times of the day too.
I’m going to check out Corozal for sure, and maybe Ambergris Caye/San Pedro, Placencia and Caye Caulker. Maybe a few other places if I have time. If I had more time, I’d do one of these Belize Kayaking trips
