2 days ago I found out that I’m allergic to wheat. Jen, you were right.
It’s self-diagnosed at this point but the reaction was pretty obvious, and now I’m doing a 30-day trial of not eating anything with wheat in it, which is not going to be as easy as I thought it might - EVERYTHING has wheat in it. But I’m hoping it will help me loose a little weight and be more conscious about what I do eat in general. Overall, finding this out is a good thing.
