30 Days Without Wheat

2 days ago I found out that I’m allergic to wheat. Jen, you were right.

It’s self-diagnosed at this point but the reaction was pretty obvious, and now I’m doing a 30-day trial of not eating anything with wheat in it, which is not going to be as easy as I thought it might - EVERYTHING has wheat in it. But I’m hoping it will help me loose a little weight and be more conscious about what I do eat in general. Overall, finding this out is a good thing.

Testing Some New WP Plugins

There’s a couple cool sounding WP plugins that I’m testing out:

• AutoSocial: helps you post on social networking sites
• Yahoo Shortcuts: more easily integrate yahoo’s stuff like maps, flickr, etc
• Wordbook: integrates a self-hosted WP install with facebook

If there’s something cool about one of these, I’ll update ya’ll here

Autosocial and Yahoo Shortcuts that I’m just giving it a quick test to see what it does. It’s supposed to make posting to social networking sites a lot easier from WP.
