My Mouth Is Watering for King Crab

I’ve been looking through my Dad’s Alaskan Harvest Seafood web site for a few days now, and it’s really got my taste buds watering for some Alaskan king crab soaked in butter.
King crab legs are hands down my favorite seafood, followed closely by some Ahi Tuna. I didn’t know this for the longest time, but Yellowfin (which my Dad sells) is actually the same as Ahi. According to Wikipedia, Ahi is just a name for 2 different species of tuna, and not it’s own species.
I think once my Kitchen back splash is done, I need to head into the office to go pick up some tuna and king crab to break in the new kitchen properly.
UPDATE: Well, I went and grabbed some Alaskan Scallops and Alaskan Shrimp the other day for a dinner, and they were awesome! The jumbo scallops are incredibly huge, many bigger than golf balls and the shrimp is just a little sweet and has such a great flavor. Thanks Dad!
